Sissy and Daisy

Will's cousins, Mackenzie and Davis, live right around the corner, so he loves spending time with his two best buds. He calls Mackenzie, Sissy, and he calls Davis, Daisy. He thinks they hung the moon! He gets so excited when he's around them and wants to do everything that they do. When Mackenzie does her gymnastics, Will can be seen right beside her doing his version of a head stand. When Davis is throwing the ball or jumping on the trampoline, Will is following right along. I am so thankful to have such a sweet niece and nephew that love my baby so much!

Here's a pic' of Will and Davis eating breakfast one morning after Davis spent the night. They had a great time splashing in the bathtub and building a tent. Gotta love Will's hair!

Here's a pic' of Will and Mackenzie. Even though he is almost as big as she is, she still carries him. He wraps those monkey legs around her and holds on for dear life! He loves it!

Still at Last

Will's little feet are always on the go, running, jumping, dancing, wiggling, or climbing. So, the other day when I came home from work to find him fast asleep on the couch, I had to snap a picture of those sweet little baby feet while they were still. He is growing up so fast! He looks so much a like a little boy and not so much like a baby anymore which makes me kind of sad. He just melts my heart! When Will saw the picture of his foot, he giggled and said WEE, WEE, WEE!!! (that's what he calls his toes) God has blessed us beyond measure with this baby's sweet smile and that contagious laugh.

Bisuits Game

We had a great time at the Montgomery Bisuits baseball game last weekend. We went with Uncle Dave to celebrate Military Appreciation night.

Jarrod, Will, Mackenzie, Big Mo', and me

Ooh, it was hot!

Pretty field!

Fireworks!

Will would reach up towards the fireworks and say "WOW!"

Kool Aid Kid

Will was enjoying some Kool Aid and the pool last week while I was cleaning out the garage. Isn't he just the cutest!?!

Is there a doctor (or nurse) in the house?

Will came into the living room the other night wearing his toy stethoscope. It was so cute that he knew how to where it around his neck. With the stethoscope and his Auburn shirt, he definitely takes after his daddy.

Can he walk?

This lil' fella is always in the arms of someone who loves him, so it is a wonder that he can walk! Or could it be that he is so busy, that we have to hold him to keep him from climbing on top of tables? Here are some pics of Will in the arms of family, April 23-24 during Justin and Amy's wedding weekend.

Monkey See, Monkey Do

Will experienced his first trip to the zoo with his MeMaw, Aunt Heather, and Uncle Dave in May. He is quite the monkey himself, so I'm glad he got to see a real monkey at the zoo!

HO-HO, DE-AH!!!

HO-HO, DE-AH, is a phrase that you will hear Will say if you spend any amount of time with him. He has been fascinated with the deer heads and the plastic Santa Claus in the garage for a long time. As a matter a fact, to help him get accustomed to his new bedroom, we hung some deer and put the plastic "Ho Ho" in there. He runs to his room when company comes saying "HO-HO, DE-AH" because he wants to show them off!

Puppy Love

Will just loves puppy dogs. Here is a picture of him showing some love to a picture of Blaze.

Early March, Will got to spend some quality time with Greta, Bubba and Shea's dog, while they went to the beach for Spring Break. She found her way to our house, and Will loved playing with her.

Visit to Selma

In March, Will went to visit his great-grandpaw, his great aunts and uncles, and cousins in Selma. I have such happy memories of spending time at my Granny and Paw-Paws house growing up. It is fun to see Will play in the dirt, chase the chickens, and pet the cows just like I used to do. Paw Paw is in his 80's now and doesn't always remember who we are, but I see the love in his eyes as he looks at Will. Here is a picture of Paw Paw, Nay Nay, & Will.

Mr. and Mrs. Justin Brandon

I have been horribly neglectful to the blog, so I'm going to try to bring it up to speed the best that I can. One important event this year was Justin and Amy's wedding, April 24, 2010. We wish them pure happiness and many, many blessings! We welcome Amy, Ryan, Cameron, and Alexa to the Brandon family!

Beach Trip, May 2010

We had a great time at the beach this year, and with the oil spill, it may be quite some time before we get to enjoy the gulf coast again. This year we stayed at Phoenix West in Orange Beach. Will LOVED the lazy river, but he was not a fan of the sand and ocean. He warmed up to it a little as the week progressed, but I guess he will take after his daddy and prefer the Smokey Mountains to the beach. Another thing that we did while on vacation was settle on a name for the new baby. We will name him Jackson Ford Brandon and call him "Jack."
